Combine. In your slow cooker, use a whisk to combine together your ingredients.
Slow Cook. Cover your slow cooker and cook on low for two hours, whisking about every 20-30 minutes.
Warm. Once all of the chocolate has melted, switch your slow cooker setting to warm .
Serve. Use a ladle or similar item to carefully serve your hot chocolate. It is a good idea to continue to whisk or stir your hot chocolate occasionally while your slow cooker is on the warm setting.
