Prep Time: 10 minutes .
Bake Time : 8 hours or until done. .
Servings: 12 servings .
- In a large bowl, use a whisk to combine together your dry dressing, beef broth, Pepperoncini Juice, and seasonings.
- Place your roast into the slow cooker and pour the ingredients from the large bowl over it.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for eight hours. Check the beef to see if you are able to pull it apart using two forks. If needed, continue to slow cook until the beef is tender and you are able to pull it apart or shred it. It can take up to 10 hours to fully cook through.
- Serve your Italian beef on a roll with juice and peppers on top.

- 3 cups Beef Broth - or water
- 2 tbsp Pepperoncini Juice
- 5 lb Rump Roast. - cut into chunks, see post for details on cuts.
