- Cauliflower. The cauliflower should resemble crumbs or finely grated. You can do this yourself by processing your own cauliflower in a food processor or strong blender or simply use store-bought bag of grated cauliflower (rice) to make this recipe even easier to make!
- Eggs. Use eggs that are at room temperature for better blending. Vegan egg alternatives can also work in this.
- Flour. All purpose flour, almond flour for keto or gluten free diets, (extra vegan or regular egg for binding), or an alternative all purpose flour such as whole wheat all purpose flour.
- Grated Cheese. This grated cheese is used to hold together the crust and give is additional moisture and flavor to the crust. My pizza was made with parmesan cheese which gives my crust a kind of a 'nutty' taste too.
- Seasonings. This can be salt, pepper, or even pizza seasonings.
- Cheese. This cheese is for the topping. My pizza was made with shredded mozzarella cheese. A pizza cheese blend would also be yummy in this recipe.
- Pizza Sauce. Homemade or store-bought.
- Toppings. My pizza was made with pepperoni. Feel free to use the meat, vegetables, or nothing on top of your pizzas.

How can you make the best air fryer pizza?
The secret to making a really good pizza in an air fryer is to not overload the pizza with toppings.
Too many toppings on a pizza can make it harder for the pizza to bake correctly and can also make the crust soggy.
You also want to make sure that the grated cauliflower is well drained as water from the cauliflower can also make the crust soggy.

- If your cauliflower is not yet prepared, you can use a food processor or grater to prepare your cauliflower. Simply remove the stem from the cauliflower along with any leaves, slice the cauliflower into quarters. and pulse it to until you reach your desired consistency. Make sure that you drain the water from the cauliflower well afterwards too!
- To make the crust, combine together the drained grated cauliflower with the flour, eggs, grated cheese, and seasonings in a large bowl.
- For air frying the crust first preheat your air fryer to 400. The air fryer will need about five minutes at 400 to be warm enough to make the bites.
- Use a two tablespoon scoop to scoop out the dough and then roll it between your hands into a ball. Press the ball down to make the crust to your desired thickness.
- Place the crusts into the air fryer so that they do not touch one another (you may need to cook your crusts in batches if needed). Air fryer the crusts for eight minutes, flip the crusts and continue to cook until set (about about three and a half minutes).
- To finish making the pizzas, first turn the air fryer down to 360 and then carefully remove the crusts from the air fryer. Flip the crust over on to your work space (so that the bottom is facing you) and then add the toppings to the crust.
