Equipment

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cauliflower - grated or processed, one head
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Seasonings - such as pizza seasonings as desired
  • 2 cups Mozzarella or Pizza Cheese
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • Toppings

Instructions

  • If your cauliflower is not yet prepared, you can use a food processor or grater to prepare your cauliflower. Make sure that you drain the water from the cauliflower well afterwards too!
  • To make the crust, combine together the drained grated cauliflower with the flour, eggs, grated cheese, and seasonings in a large bowl.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400.
  • Use a two tablespoon scoop to scoop out the dough and then roll it between your hands into a ball. Press the ball down to make the crust to your desired thickness. Place the crusts into the air fryer so that they do not touch one another (you may need to cook your crusts in batches if needed).
  • Air fryer the crusts for eight minutes, flip the crusts and continue to cook until set (about about three and a half minutes).
  • To finish making the pizzas, first turn the air fryer down to 360 and then carefully remove the crusts from the air fryer. Flip the crust over on to your work space (so that the bottom is facing you) and then add the toppings to the crust.
  • Return the completed pizzas to the air fryer and cook for another three to four minutes or until done to your liking.
