Tips for making the best tuscan salmon.
Using salmon that is of good quality and fresh can really make a difference. Frozen salmon can be used but, should be thawed first.
More helpful tips for you.
- I would not use larger than eight ounce fillets as there may not be enough room in your air fryer.
- Air frying times can vary depending on the size of your fillets and your air fryer.
- My salmon was air fried in an air fryer safe pan. The pan helps keep the ingredients together and makes for an easier transfer and clean up.
- When selecting salmon fillets, choose firm salmon fillets that are of similar thickness for even air frying.
- Before you make this recipe it is a good idea to use clean paper towels to pat the salmon dry in order to remove any excess moisture. This will help your salmon get slightly crisp on the outside.
- Your salmon is done cooking when it can be easily flaked apart with a fork, and it has reached an internal temperature of 145. Over cooking the salmon will make it dry and not as enjoyable
- If your salmon does not appear to be done cooking you can cook it for a few more minutes, keeping an eye on it as well.

I am going to try this. I never thought about making salmon in an air fryer. Do you remove the skin after air frying then?
TheAirFryingDiva
The skin helps keep the salmon moist while cooking. I would remove it before eating it however. thanks!
