Tips for Making the Best S'mores using an Air Fryer.
Break the graham crackers along the seams in the center so that you have two even sized squares. This will make it easier for you to air fry and assemble the s'mores.
More helpful tips for you.
- When placing the marshmallow on top of the graham cracker for air frying, place the inside (sticky side) of the marshmallow on the inside of the cracker. This will help the marshmallow stay in place while it air fries.
- While my s'mores were made using traditional graham crackers, you could try using a flavored graham cracker for even more flavor.
- Air fryer safe parchment paper can be used under the s'more for an easier clean up. Another option is to remove the basket from the air fryer and spray it with nonstick.
- When placing your s'mores into your air fryer basket make sure that you leave enough room for the warm air to circulate. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to make this recipe in batches.
- Keep an eye on your s'more while it cooks. Air fryers can vary with cooking times .
- For chocolate that will melt well, try using a milk chocolate. If you want your chocolate to hold its shape, use a dark chocolate bar.

How to Store Leftover S'mores.
Obviously, s'mores are best when warm while the marshmallows are gooey and the chocolate is soft. If you do have leftovers, it is really best to store the individual ingredient as indicated on the packaging. The problem with storing leftover s'mores is that the crackers get soft while the chocolate and marshmallows get hard. You can try sprinkling crumbs from your s'more on your ice cream though. 🙂
