    Prep Time: 15 minutes .
    Slow Cook Time: 6 hours on low .

    1. Sear. In a large skillet on medium high heat, melt two tablespoons of your butter. Once melted, add your steak cubes and sear until the cubes are seared on all sides (about three to four minutes). Then carefully transfer the seared cubes to your slow cooker
    2. Layer. Pour the beef broth over your cubes and then sprinkle both the ranch seasoning au jus gravy mix evenly over the ingredients. Then top the ingredients with you remaining butter and pepperoncini peppers.
    3. Slow Cook. Cook the ingredients until the steak is tender and the gravy is thickened (about six hours on low), stirring every couple of hours during cooking,
