- Peanuts. Dry Roasted Peanuts add a bit of salt to the candy.
- Unsalted Peanuts. Regular unsalted peanuts.
- Vanilla Almond Bark. Broken into squares.
- Chocolate Bark. Semi sweet chocolate chips or German Sweet Chocolate can be used instead of or as part of the bark.
- Peanut Butter Baking Chips. This adds a nice flavor to the candy along with texture.
- Optional. Candy Sprinkles are perfect for making this candy a holiday treat.

How to make candy in a slow cooker.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes .
- Slow Cook Time: 1 ½-2 hours on low .
- Servings: 48 pieces .
- How to Serve: For gift giving or for sharing, you can place your set candy into candy cups.
- Notes: You will need a rimmed baking sheet for this recipe. Also, this recipe works best when using a large (6-7 quart) slow cooker .
- Prepare. It is a good idea to prep your slow cooker with nonstick before adding the ingredients. Also, prepare your ingredients as indicated, including breaking up the bark into pieces.
- Combine. Place all of your ingredients into your slow cooker and then cover the slow cooker.

- Drop. While your candy continues to slow cook, line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper that has been lightly sprayed. Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop the melted candy mixture on to your lined baking sheet. You can add sprinkles to the candy at this point.
- Set. Allow the candy to get to room temperature (about a half hour) and than transfer the baking sheet yo your refrigerator for the candy to fully set (about an hour).
