  • Place the flour and baking soda in a mixing bowl and use a whisk or a fork to blend these ingredients.
  • Next, in a large mixing bowl, beat or mix together the softened butter with the sugars (white and brown sugars) until creamy. Then stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • Add the dry ingredients from the first bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Then use a rubber spatula to fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Next, place a liner or foil that has been lightly sprayed into the fryer basket preheat your air fryer to 300.
  • Using a small cookie scoop to scoop out cookie dough and then roll the dough into a ball.Place the cookie dough ball into the air fryer basket.Air fry your cookies for eight minutes, checking them as needed for doneness.
  • Then allow the cookie to sit in the basket for five minutes in the basket before transferring it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
