Preheat your air fryer to 400F. It should be heated for at least five minutes for the sprouts to cook.
Prepare your sprouts by removing any outer leaves that do not look good. Slice the spouts in half lengthwise and then place them into a large bowl or zip top bag.
Add the oil and seasonings to the sprouts and toss so that the sprouts can all get oil and seasonings. Feel free to make (minor) ingredient adjustments as needed without adding too much additional oil or seasonings.
Carefully transfer the sprouts to your air fryer.
Air fry the sprouts for seven minutes then gently toss the sprouts and continue to air fryer until the outer leaves start to get crisp (up to seven more minutes, depending on your fryer).
Meanwhile, you can combine together the dip ingredients in a bowl.
Let the sprouts cool for a few minutes before serving as you want them warm but, not hot.
