In a small bowl, use a whisk to combined together your seasonings. Make adjustments as needed for your tastes. Then place the seasoning mix into a large zip top bag.
On a clean and flat workspace, such as a large cutting board, slice your tortillas in half. Then slice half in half and each of these in half again so that you have eight triangles from each tortilla.
Spray each of the triangles with your oil spray. Then lay out the first batch of triangles in the basket of your air fryer. The edges of the triangles can touch but, try not to overlap them.
Air fry the triangles for three minutes. Then carefully flip the chips over and air fry for another two to three minutes or until somewhat crisp.
Let the chips cool for for a minute and then transfer them to the zip top bag with the seasonings. Seal the bag and toss the chips in the seasonings to coat them.
Remove the chips from the seasoning bag, shaking off any excess seasoning, and serve or store them.
