Carefully slice the whole bagel from front to back about ⅛" thick. Transfer the sliced bagel pieces to a large bowl.
Spray or drizzle the bagel pieces with the oil and toss so that the slices all have oil on them.
Add the seasoning to the bowl and toss and then repeat as needed.
Preheat your air fryer to 375. Arrange the bagel chips in your air fryer basket to the they edges of the chips touch with minimal overlap. Also, prepare a large plate or platter with a paper towel or similar item.
Air fry your chips for five minutes and flip them over. Then continue to air fry until crisp (about three to five minutes)
Transfer the warm chips to your paper to cool.
