Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes -washed and un-peeled before being cut into wedges.
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Prepare. Prep your sweet potatoes as indicated.
  • Combine. In a large bowl, use a whisk or a fork to combine together the olive oil, ground paprika, ground cumin, and garlic powder.
  • Toss. Add the sweet potato wedges to the large bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoned oil mixture.
  • Preheat. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). You can prep the basket as desired.
  • Arrange Place the sweet potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You can spray additional oil over them using an oil sprayer.
  • Air Fry. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the sweet potato wedges are crispy and cooked through.
  • Serve. Remove the sweet potato wedges from the air fryer and sprinkle with a little salt while they are still hot. Allow them to cool a bit if they are too hot and then serve with Ketchup or as desired.
