Combine. In a large bowl, use a whisk or a fork to combine together the olive oil, ground paprika, ground cumin, and garlic powder.
Toss. Add the sweet potato wedges to the large bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoned oil mixture.
Preheat. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). You can prep the basket as desired.
Arrange Place the sweet potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You can spray additional oil over them using an oil sprayer.
Air Fry. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the sweet potato wedges are crispy and cooked through.
Serve. Remove the sweet potato wedges from the air fryer and sprinkle with a little salt while they are still hot. Allow them to cool a bit if they are too hot and then serve with Ketchup or as desired.
