- 8 oz Cream Cheese -Softened to room temperature.
- ¼ cup Sour Cream.
- ¼ cup Thousand Island Dressing Salad Dressing.
- 8 oz Corned Beef -Use cooked sliced deli corned beef. Your corned beef should be chopped into small pieces.
- 1½ cups Swiss Cheese. -Freshly shredded preferred.
- ½ cup Sauerkraut -Drain the sauerkraut and then allow it to drain on a small stack of clean paper towels.
Optional. For serving (optional), sliced green onion, crackers (or chips) for dipping.
