Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese -Softened to room temperature.
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream.
  • ¼ cup Thousand Island Dressing Salad Dressing.
  • 8 oz Corned Beef -Use cooked sliced deli corned beef. Your corned beef should be chopped into small pieces.
  • cups Swiss Cheese. -Freshly shredded preferred.
  • ½ cup Sauerkraut -Drain the sauerkraut and then allow it to drain on a small stack of clean paper towels.

Optional. For serving (optional), sliced green onion, crackers (or chips) for dipping.

Instructions

  • Prepare. Preheat your oven to 400f and prep your baking dish for nonstick.
  • Cream Cheese In a large mixing bowl, beat or whisk the cream cheese until smooth and creamy (about a minute with a mixer). Then stir in the sour cream and thousand island dressing until blended.
  • Combine. Use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold in the remaining ingredients (corned beef pieces, shredded Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut) one at a time.
  • Bake. Evenly spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Bake the dip for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly.
  • Serve. Serve your dip with as desired.
