Prep. Preheat your oven to 350. Also, prep a 9X13" baking dish for nonstick.
Base. On the bottom of the baking dish evenly spread out the rice. Then layer the turkey (or chicken) on top of the rice and the broccoli on top of that.
Filling. In a large bowl, use a whisk to combine together the condensed soup, heavy cream, chicken broth, mustard, and seasonings.
Layer. Pour the combined ingredients from the mixing bowl over the layer of broccoli in the baking dish and then top that with your shredded cheese.
Topping. To make the topping, combine together the bread crumbs with your melted butter in a small bowl. When the mixture resembles wet sand, sprinkle it over the the ingredients in the baking dish.
Bake. Bake your casserole for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and the bread crumb topping turns golden brown.
Cool. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes to set before serving.
