- Set your instant pot or pressure cooker to sauté. This allows the instant pot to heat up to the temperatures of a hot wok.
- Next, add the oil and vegetables to the instant pot. Then sauté the ingredients until they start to caramelize.
- Once vegetables start to caramelize, add the noodles and the sauces.
- Continue to sauté the ingredients for three minutes. Be sure that you are also stirring the ingredients constantly to avoid burning the noodles.
- Carefully remove the Chow Mein from the instant pot and serve.
