- Flour Regular all purpose flour.
- Sugar. Granulated sugar should be used. If you are using a sugar alternative, use one that measures like sugar and that can also be baked or cooked with.

My cakes were were microwaved in ramekins. If you have a microwave-safe mug, that can be used as well however, cooking time may vary.
