- In a medium bowl, use your hands or a spoon to break up your ground beef.
- Next, in a small bowl, use a whisk or a small fork to combine your spices together. Then add the seasonings to your ground beef and blend the ingredients well (I use my hands).
- Preheat your air fryer to 400f and prep your air fryer as desired.
- Evenly spread the ground beef into your air fryer basket.
- Air fry for two minutes and then use a wooden spoon to both stir the ingredients and break up any clumps.
- Continue to air fry for another three to five minutes or until browned.
- Use a clean spoon to stir the ingredients and check to see that it has fully cooked and no longer pink.
- When your ground beef has fully cooked you can serve it in taco shells, tortillas, or however you want to enjoy it.
Expert Tip👉 How do you know when the ground beef is done cooking? If you are in doubt, you can use a meat thermometer to ensure your meat has air fried to 160°F (71°C).
How to store leftover ground beef.
Once your iar fried beef has fully cooled, it can be stored in an airtight container. When properly stored, air fried ground beef for up to three days when refrigerated or frozen for up to a few months.
