For the chops.
- Bone in pork chops. While you could use boneless, moisture and air fry time can differ.
- Olive Oil. You can use a similar oil such as avocado oil instead.
- Seasonings: Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
The glaze.
- Soy Sauce. A low sodium soy sauce can be used.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Lemon juice can alternatively be used.
- Dijon mustard I am a fan of the ground dijon but, any dijon should work.
- Worcestershire sauce. Any kind of worcestershire sauce should work in this recipe.
- Garlic. Your garlic should be minced.
- For the slurry- cornstarch and water.

Tips for making the best
When selecting your pork chops, make sure that they are a similar size and thickness. This will help ensure that your chops air fry evenly and at the same time.

- When placing your chops into your air fryer, leave room between the chops for the air to circulate. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to make this recipe in batches.
- The pork chops can be prepared ahead of time. Simply place them into a zip top bag with the other ingredients (not the glaze) and refrigerate them for up to ten hours.
- Your pork chops are done air frying when they reach an internal temperature of 145°F. To avoid overcooking, use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. The (63°C).
- A slurry made with water and cornstarch is used to thicken the glaze. You can make adjustments as needed by adding more water to thin it out.
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to distribute throughout.
- As for leftover glaze, you can gently reheat the glaze in a saucepan over low heat, adding a splash of water if it has thickened too much.

- Prepare. In a small bowl, use a whisk to combine together the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper and olive oil. Then rub the mixture ver both sides of the pork chops.
Also, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes - Air Fry. Place your seasoned pork chops in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Air fry the pork chops at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- Prepare the glaze. In a medium saucepan, use a clean whisk to combine together the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Heat these ingredients on medium heat whisking continuously until the mixture starts to simmer.
- Slurry. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine together the cornstarch and water together to form a slurry. Then slowly pour the slurry into the simmering sauce, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to simmer the sauce until it has thickened to a glaze-like consistency (about 5-7 minutes, the sauce should coat the back of a spoon.)
- Glaze the chops. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the glaze cool slightly. It will continue to thicken as it cools. Brush the glaze over the baked pork chops just before serving. Alternatively, serve the glaze on the side for dipping.

How to store glazed pork chops.
Once your pork chops have fully cooled, they can be stored in an airtight container. When properly stored, they should keep for up to three days when refrigerated or up to a few months when frozen. You can then reheat them in your air fryer until heated through.
