How to store Frito casserole.
This recipe is best when served fresh as the corn chips on the bottom can get soggy and the chips on top will not stay as crisp. If you do decide to store your leftovers, do so in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to a few days. You can top the leftovers with fresh chips if needed before serving.
