- Sauce. Carefully use a pastry brush or similar item to brush the barbecue sauce over the each of the breasts (tops and bottoms). Then place each of the breasts back into your air fryer basket.
- Air Fry Again. Air fry the chicken for eight to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the breasts reaches 165°F.
