    More helpful tips for you.

    1. Don't want a basic dough for your pizza? Try using Naan bread for your crust. This just got easier right? Air fry times can differ when you do this.
    2. Parchment paper can also be used to make this recipe from start to end. Preparing the pizza on the parchment paper makes it easier to transfer the pizza from your workspace into and out of the fryer for baking
    3. You can also use (air fryer safe) parchment paper to roll out your dough. Then you can transfer the dough in and out of your air fryer using the parchment paper.
    4. When you do roll out your crust, you can make it thin for a crunchy pizza or thick for more of a pan style pizza. Air fry times can vary however.
    5. Making a smaller pizza, a pizza with a thicker or thinner crust, or a pizza with a lot of toppings may mean that you will need to adjust the length of time needed to make your pizza. It is best to check on your pizza as needed while it is frying.
    6. Because air frying capabilities can vary, the time needed to air fry your pizza may differ from mine.

How to make Air Fryer Hawaiian Style Pizza

    Prep Time: 15 minutes .
Air Fry Time: 10 minutes .
Servings: up to four pizzas .

    1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
    2. Divide your dough into four sections. One section will be used for each pizza.
    3. If you are using a pan to air fry your pizza on, you can sprinkle your corn meal over the pan and use that to roll your pizza crust on. Parchment paper can alternatively be used.
    4. Use a pizza roller to roll out your first dough quarter, leaving room on the edge for easier transport of your pizza in and out of the air fryer.
    5. Place the rolled out dough (on a pan or parchment paper) into your air fryer basket and pre-cook the crust for four minutes.
    6. Carefully remove the basket from your air fryer and top your pizza with the sauce, cheese, and toppings (using a quarter of each ingredient as you will be making four pizzas) .
    7. Return the pizza in the basket back to the air fryer and and continue to air fry until your cheese begins to bubble and crust begins to turn golden brown ( about five to six minutes).
    8. Allow the pizza to cool for a bit before serving as it will be hot.

Expert Tip👉 Not ready to make all four pizzas at once? This dough can be refrigerated for up to three days. I would lightly coat the dough with oil first and store the dough in a zip top bag. Let the dough get to room temperature before rolling it out.

How to store leftover air fried pizza.

Once fully cooled, leftover pizza should be stored in an airtight container or wrapped in foil or a zip top bag. This pizza should keep for up to a few days refrigerated. You can simply reheat it in your air fryer.

Air Fryer Hawaiian Style Pizza an easy and delicious snack or meal recipe made with pineapple and Canadian ham on a simple crust.

How to make homemade pizza dough for air frying.

    Ingredients.

    • Warm Water. 1 ½ cups warm water (110 degrees F)
    • Sugar. 2 teaspoons
    • Yeast. Regular active dry yeast. 2 ¼ teaspoons dry yeast

    • Flour 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

    • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons olive oil

    • Salt. 2 teaspoons salt
    • Cornmeal. This is optional but, is used to create a barrier on the bottom of the crust to help keep it from sticking to the pan. It also adds a nice flavor. ½ cup cornmeal

How to make a pizza crust.

    1. In a large bowl proof your yeast by using a fork to combined together the yeast and the water. It should take about five minutes for the yeast to bubble.
    2. Once your yeast has proofed you can stir in the sugar, flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix these ingredients until they are fully incorporated.
    3. Knead the dough until you are able to form a ball. If using a mixer, this should take about five minutes using a dough hook. For hand kneading on a lightly floured work space, it will take about eight to 10 minutes.
    4. Transfer your dough ball to a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a clean towel and allow the dough to double in size (about an hour).
    5. Follow the remaining instructions above to make your pizza.
