How to store leftover tater tots.
Once your tater tots have fully cooled, they should be stored in an airtight container where they should keep refrigerator for up to four days. The tots can also be frozen for up to a couple of months. I would first freeze them on a rimmed baking sheet and then once frozen, transfer them to a zip top freezer safe bag.
