- Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature.
- Sour Cream. Regular sour cream.
- Thousand Island Dressing Salad Dressing.
- Corned Beef Used (cooked) sliced deli corned beef. Your corned beef should be chopped into small pieces.
- Swiss Cheese. Freshly shredded preferred.
- Sauerkraut Drain the sauerkraut and then allow it to drain on a small stack of clean paper towels.
- Optional. For serving (optional), sliced green onion, crackers (or chips) for dipping.
How to Make Warm Reuben Dip.

- Prep Time 10 minutes .
- Bake Time 20 minutes .
- Servings 10 .

- Prepare. Preheat your oven to 400f and prep your baking dish for nonstick.
- Cream Cheese In a large mixing bowl, beat or whisk the cream cheese until smooth and creamy (about a minute with a mixer). Then stir in the sour cream and thousand island dressing until blended.
- Combine. Use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold in the remaining ingredients (corned beef pieces, shredded Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut) one at a time.
- Bake. Evenly spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Bake the dip for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly.
- Serve. Serve your dip with as desired.

Tips for making the best Reuben Dip
When selecting your cream cheese, opt for a full-fat cream cheese for best results. Using a lower fat cream cheese can affect the texture of your dip.

- Make sure that your sauerkraut is well drained as the liquid can also affect the texture of this creamy dip. You may need to use clean paper towels to blot the sauerkraut dry.
