    Reuben dip is basically everything that we love about the insides of a Reuben sandwich only in a creamy warm dip.

    • Sour Cream. Regular sour cream.
    • Thousand Island Dressing Salad Dressing.
    • Corned Beef Used (cooked) sliced deli corned beef. Your corned beef should be chopped into small pieces.
    • Swiss Cheese. Freshly shredded preferred.
    • Sauerkraut Drain the sauerkraut and then allow it to drain on a small stack of clean paper towels.
    • Optional. For serving (optional), sliced green onion, crackers (or chips) for dipping.

    3. Combine. Use a rubber spatula or similar item to fold in the remaining ingredients (corned beef pieces, shredded Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut) one at a time.
    4. Bake. Evenly spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Bake the dip for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbly.

    When selecting your cream cheese, opt for a full-fat cream cheese for best results. Using a lower fat cream cheese can affect the texture of your dip.
