    Pressure Cook Time: 5 minutes .

    1. Prepare. Prepare your ingredients as indicated. This includes chopping the onion and garlic and slicing the tofu into cubes.
    2. Sauté. Add the oil and chopped onion and ginger to your pot. Set the post to sauté function and cook until fragrant- about 1 minutes. Then add the tofu cubes and saute for another minute.
    3. Sauce. In a medium sized bowl, use a whisk or similar item to combine together your sauce ingredients (coconut milk, tomato past, and curry ingredients). Once fully combined, use a wooden spoon to stir the ingredients into the pot with the sauteed ingredients until the tofu is all coated with sauce.
    4. Cook. Close the lid on pot and set the pot to high pressure for five minutes. Then release the pressure immediately.
    5. Serve. Enjoy your tofu curry as desired.
