    How to Make Easy Chorizo Stuffing.

    Prep Time: 10 minutes.
    Bake Time: 20 minutes.
    Servings: 8.

    1. Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350 and prepare a 9X13" baking dish well for nonstick.
    2. Sausage . Heat your oil in a large skillet over medium heat for one minute. Then add the sausage and cook it until browned (about six to seven minutes), using a wooden spoon or similar item to break the sausage up while it browns.
    3. Sauté . Add your diced onion to the skillet and cook until translucent (three minutes or so), stirring as needed. Then add your minced garlic and cook for another minute. Remove the skillet from the heat and allow it to cool for a couple of minutes.
    4. Combine. While the ingredients are cooling, place your bread cubes into a large bowl. Then carefully transfer the ingredients from the skillet to the large bowl and mix to combine. Add half of the broth to the bowl, toss the ingredients to coat and then repeat with the remaining broth. Lastly, stir in your seasonings and parsley.
    5. Bake. Transfer the ingredients from the bowl to your prepared baking dish, evenly spreading it out. Then loosely cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Carefully remove the foil and continue to bake until the topping is golden brown and crispy .
    6. Cool. Remove the baked stuffing from the oven allow it to cool for five minutes before serving.
