- Prepare. Prepare your cauliflower as indicated. Also, preheat your oven to 400 and please a cast iron (oven-safe) pan into the oven for three minutes. **carefully use precautions, such as, oven mitts when removing the hot skillet from the oven** When you remove the pan from the oven, grease it with a tablespoon of olive oil
- Florets. In a medium bowl or zip top bag, combine together the flour and seasonings used to coat the florets. Then add the milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Add the florets to the mixture and mix until the florets are fully covered.
- Bake. Evenly spread the coated florets on your warm skillet and bake for 20 minutes, carefully flipping the florets after 10 minutes. Then carefully remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the cauliflower to a large bowl.
- Toss. Add the buffalo sauce to the bowl and toss the cauliflower. When fully coated with the sauce, transfer the cauliflower back to the skillet and bake for another 20 minutes.
