- Combine. Gradually add the dry ingredients from the second bowl to the mixing bowl and mix until just combined. Do not over-mix.
- Topping. In a shallow bowl, use a whisk to combine together the topping ingredients (granulated sugar and ground cinnamon).
- Scoop. Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out the dough and roll the dough into a ball. Lastly, roll the dough through the topping ingredients until coated.
- Air Fry. Place the cookie dough balls in your air fryer basket about an inch and a half to two inches apart. Then air fryer for seven minutes or until the edges are set and the center is soft. Then place the cookies on a cooling rack or plate to finish cooling.
