    More helpful tips for you.

    1. Drying the turkey skin with paper towels before seasoning helps achieve a crispy and golden-brown exterior during roasting.
    2. Using a bone-in turkey breast can yield even better flavor and moisture.
    3. While you can use a previously frozen turkey to make this recipe, your turkey breast should be defrosted properly before making this dish.
    4. Use a baster to baste your turkey once (more than once can affect the skin's ability to get crisp) while baking can also make your turkey more moist.
    5. Spoon the flavorful pan juices (skimming off the fat) over the turkey chicken before serving. This adds extra moisture and intensifies the overall flavor.
    6. Allow the roasted turkey breast to rest before slicing. This resting period lets the juices redistribute, resulting in a more flavorful and tender meat.
