    1. Prep. Preheat your oven to 400 and prep a rimmed baking sheet for nonstick. Foil, a mat, spray, or oil can work
    2. Ingredients. In a large bowl, combine together all of the ingredients (potatoes, green beans, onion, peppers, oil, garlic, seasoning and sausage) . You can use two large spoons to toss the ingredients so that they are all well covered.
    3. Transfer. Carefully transfer the coated ingredients to your prepared baking sheet. Use the backside of a large spoon or similar item to evenly spread the ingredients out over the baking sheet.
    4. Bake. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the sausage has browned, tossing or stirring the ingredients halfway (about 10 minutes).
    5. Serve. You can serve your sausage and vegetables over rice or as desired.
