- Prepare. Preheat your oven to 350 and prep a rimmed baking sheet for nonstick (foil, a baking mat, or parchment paper can work). Also, prepare your brussels sprouts as indicated and then slice the sprouts in half.
- Combine. Place your sprouts into a large bowl, Drizzle half of the olive oil over the sprouts and then toss the ingredients. Add the remaining oil to the bowl along with the garlic and optional salt and pepper and continue to toss until the sprouts are covered with the other ingredients.
- Bake. Place your brussels sprouts on to your prepare pan with the flat or cut side facing down. Then roast the sprouts until soft in the center with some browning and crispy edges on the outside (about 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your sprouts).

When selecting brussels sprouts for roasting, select sprouts that are similar in size. This will allow for even roasting.
