What makes turkey chili so good?

This leftover turkey chili is made with lean protein, chili seasonings, and beans, which are all slow cooked into a perfect hearty and comforting meal.

I like that it takes about 10 minutes to actually prep this easy meal.

Have you tried my recipe for Crockpot No Bean Chili Recipe?

Made with ground beef and taco seasonings, that no added beans chili is savory and delicious. Both this recipe for leftover turkey chili and that recipe for chili without beans are delicious chili recipes that can be made in a slow cooker.

Diced tomatoes are used to add flavor and texture to this chili. You can find a variety of diced tomatoes here.

Tips for making the best turkey chili.

You can use white meat or dark meat or combination of the two in this chili. The turkey skin should be removed and the turkey should be diced into similar sized pieces.

    More helpful tips for you.

    1. While you could slow cook this chili on high, slow cooking it on low will allow the flavors to melt together for a more flavorful chili.
    2. Since the turkey has already been cooked, you could add it into your chili mid way through slow cooking to avoid over-cooking it.
    3. To thicken this chili you can add less broth, take the cover over the chili during the last half hour or so of slow cooking, or stir in a bit of leftover gravy.
